At the age of 12 Nicole C. Mullen started writing her own songs. A few years later a man at her church who owned a recording studio hired her as a background singer and that eventually led to her first recording contract. The label closed but that didn't stop Nicole. She went on to work as a vocalist with Michael W. Smith, as a songwriter for Jaci Velasquez, and as a dancer and choreographer with Amy Grant. Word Records came knocking and 20 GRAMMY and Dove awards nominations later, it's obvious that Nicole C. Mullen isn't going anywhere.
