The homecoming will take place at River of Life Assembly of God in Smyrna, Tennessee. The concert will begin at 6:00 p.m. CST. Tickets are available to purchase through their website and Salt & Pepper Bookstores in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
HisSong is also gearing up to release their fourth recording which is being produced by Wayne Haun. The new album, which will be released independently, will feature songs written by well-known songwriters like Gerald Crabb, Joel Lindsey and Wayne Haun. It is due to hit the street by the National Quartet Convention in September.
The group is currently in the process of selecting an album title, and they are asking all their fans for help. You can submit your ideas to the group at dennis@hissongmusic.com. The person who sends in the winning title will get a free ticket to HisSong’s annual homecoming. Winner will also receive a night’s hotel accommodation and a copy of the new CD.
HisSong recently released their final single from their previous album, Three, while finishing up recording the new album. “Closing Time” is being played on radio all across the country and has been listed as the #1 Southern Gospel Song with Top 50 potential in the American Christian Music Journal.
